Kaufman High School Boys Cross Country Team:
German Lopez, Dylon Lowe, Taylor Marlor, Victor Puente, Umberto Santoyo, Coach Denver Stone

October 2009 Award Recipients:
Two Phillips Elementary students, Angie Morales and Christopher Welch, were recognized for their actions to save the lives of other people. 

Three KHS students, Chantry McMahon, Justin Chambers, Michael Downs, were recognized for their advancement to the state meets in their respective fields of golf and track last year. 

November 2009 Award Recipients:
Joshua Scales, a KHS senior tennis player and Coach Brenda Paine were recognized
by Superintendent Williams. Joshua advanced to the State Tennis Tournament last
year.
Coach Brenda Paine was recognized for being named "Texas Tennis Coach of the Year."
ShiAnn Henson, a KHS student, was recognized by Mr. Williams for her determination and strength of mind to continue with her education under challenging circumstances.
